There are many books on the computer software operating systems and applications. In other countries books are written and published about Microsoft operating systems and software applications on monthly basis, but the English language used in such books is to communicate with students in the universities of USA or England. Instead of such books becoming useful and productive to non-native English speakers, they become not very useful as they provide hard to understand materials.
