Understanding how animals coordinate multiple sensory inputs and make decisions on motor output is often a rather difficult set of experiments. Here, we take a more practical approach to explain the pragmatic set of experiments done to describe and attempt to evaluate the meaning of a few specific sensory connections in several areas of the brain in accordance to how how sensorimotor integration may be possible.
