Cassie Greenberg is an artist. She loves to create, but she can\'t make a living from it - not many people like the combination of painting and trash installations. She dreams of teaching fine art, and takes on all possible part-time jobs, but is still very limited in her finances. By chance, Cassie finds an advert for a cosy apartment in a luxury neighbourhood in Chicago for just $200 a month. The price, the conditions - it\'s too good to be true. There is definitely a catch, she is convinced. The new flatmate, Frederick J. Fitzwilliam, is very strange.
